MiyAho Matsuri (aka: 25th anniversary festival ~US Florida ver.)
Do you like to celebrate? Do you like Miyavi? Come join us for a 25th birthday party!
Where: Ft. Lauderdale (Plantation), Florida. We're holding it at Heritage Park.
When: September 9, 2006 (Saturday). We are trying to work around religious services.
Time: We're meeting up at 1 PM (1300 hours) and the Celebration starts at 2 PM (1400 hours).
Activies:
-Miyavi "Name That Tune" contest*
-Miyavi SSS Dance contest*
-Ashita Tenki ni Naare Flag Decorating
-Freedom Fighter's Face Painting
-Birthday Card Making
-SOCCER!
-A chance to meet other MYV fans in the area!
-Miyavi skit we're going to record or photograph for Miyavi

~We will be taking photographs and maybe even some video with a digital camera. We want Miyavi to see our love across the ocean~

Direstions to Heritage Park:
All the hotels should be somehow linked to Peter's Road, if they are not, ask an attendant. Heritage Park is on Fig Tree Ln. just off of Peters Rd. [near the center]
Cost:
The cost to attend the party is $3.00. We apologize that we have to charge people but it's going to cost quite a bit of money to throw this party. Please bring cash the day of, or ahead of time. I do not have a paypal account, and i perfer to keep it that way. I apologize for any inconvineiences. [i act like i can spell! XD]
If you'd like to bring a gift for Miyavi, I will be making a box to ship everything (cards, photographs, gifts, etc.). Chipping in for shipping is optional, but appreciated. Also, try not to buy anything that has liquid, explosives, glass/highly breakable, flammable, too big, or pornographic. Also keep in mind that there are many regulations as to what can and cannot be sent overseas. We will not be held responsible for this, so please choose wisely.
Getting into the city and getting around the city will cost money, please budget for that too. Bring quarters for busses if you need to. [Normally, locals will know the bus schedule, and are friendly, dispite any uneasy appearances!] ask someone, including a friend, or hotel attendant... or better yet... give me your phone number and i'll call you! I enjoy talking to other Ko-Miyavi-Chan =^_^=
What to bring:
Anything! We will have balloons, food, decorating supplies, games, and a boombox for music. If you want to bring card decorating supplies, food, treats, etc, please do. I would like to note though, if you do choose to bring food, please bring a list of the ingrediants. Due to food allergies, all nuts are banned including peanuts. This includes walnut flour and almond flour too.
